About Me

Hi, I’m Anna Linden, a Jungian coach dedicated to helping people achieve personal transformation, unlock their potential and make a desired change in their lives. 

Have you ever felt like something was missing in your life despite external success?

I have always viewed myself as a "smart" girl. A logical, rational person who likes to structure everything and rejects anything irrational. Accordingly, I chose a career as an IT professional, knowing I'm good at this, and it's going to provide me with a good salary. But I wasn't happy. And the more time passed by, the more unhappy I felt, and I didn't understand why. One day I realized I couldn't take this anymore and went to a career orientation expert. They didn't help me as much as I thought they would, but provided courage to make a first step towards searching for my own authentic way of living a happy and fulfilled life.

As a coach, I focus on personal, inner transformations that lead to changes in life and career path. I help my clients release the energy spent on doubts, fears, and false beliefs, allowing them to channel that energy into creativity and goal achievement. I primarily use the Jungian coaching method, which explores symbols and images arising from the unconscious. I also incorporate art therapy techniques, such as metaphorical associative cards, NLP, and archetype strategies diagnostics.

In our sessions, you’ll find a safe and neutral space where I serve as a guide on your path to self-discovery. I foster a connection with you while giving you the freedom and space to dive into your inner world and find your answers.

I believe in the power of curiosity. My approach to coaching is rooted in a natural curiosity that drives me to listen deeply and attentively to my clients. I create a neutral, pressure-free space that feels safe and ethical, allowing you to explore your inner world without judgment.

Utilizing the Jungian approach, I guide you through a dialogue with your unconscious, employing symbols, images, and archetypes to uncover insights that hold the key to your dilemmas. I also incorporate metaphorical cards and NLP techniques.

Throughout our sessions, you can expect to arrive at insights—whether major or minor—that illuminate your path forward. Often, the real dilemmas we address reveal themselves in unexpected ways, showcasing the magic of the Jungian process.
