About Me

I am a Transformational Coach, mentor and Bestselling author of from Fear to fabulous. I specialise in helping individuals become the best version of themselves by uncovering their innermost fears and limiting beliefs that are holding them back from living a totally happy, abundant and fulfilling life in every way. I start by going back to early childhood and my clients complete a timeline of memorable events both good and bad and that gives us a great basis for understand how their beliefs structures were formed and then we can go about changing them. My work is deep work but totally life changing. The time invested will pass anyway and at the end of the process they are equipped with all the tools, techniques and information necessary to create the life they really want to live on their terms!

How I like to coach

My coaching style is relaxed and informal, I only work with clients that I am % certain I can help. My clients are special kind of people and my methods are not for everyone. I have a metaphysical and spiritual aspect to everything I do and I incorporate universal laws into all of my coaching. I truly believe that when we are living in harmony with our true being, our essence and the laws of nature, our lives fall into place and we learn that we can be happier, healthier and more successful than we ever thought possible. It all starts with a decision, a commitment and a strong belief in yourself and faith in your coach to guide you.

Coaching

I offer 3, 6 and 12 month Transformatonal Packages. Sessions are 90 minutes long and we meet twice per month. 3 times in the first month. All sessions are via Skype or zoom and can be recorded if the clients wishes. These are followed by written exercises and pdf information plus reading suggestions to enhance the learning of the materials.

Professional and life experience

Angela Caine is a Transformational Coach people in the Second half of life.
Angela honed her Transformational skills during her 26 years as a Ballroom Dance teacher/Coach and realised she was transforming lives, not just through the dancing but on a much deeper level.

The transformation in her students was astonishing, real change was taking place and Dance was the vehicle for delivering that transformation.
Angela wanted to figure out what was happening at a core level with these people, and so began her journey into the study of spirituality, metaphysics and human potential. Her first student was herself. She turned her attention to working on herself and knew she had to do the inner work, which she believes is imperative for living a happy and meaningful life.

For well over 20 years now Angela has been a student of Universal laws, Metaphysical Psychology, nlp, hypnosis and many other holistic modalities including Integral levels of human development.
Angela has also healed her own pain from the death of both her beloved parents as a teenager, and 3 shattered relationships with emotionally unavailable men.
What a roller coaster of events lead her to where she is today. In just over 2 years she lost both parents, became a mother and moved across the country with her partner and a 3 week old baby but no friends or family members around for support.

A string of shattered relationships followed in desperate pursuit of happiness and she then found herself at the lowest point of her life. She realised she had to somehow find a way out of this darkness and create a better life for herself and her young son and so set forth on the journey to healing her very deep wounds.
Angela became a Certified Transformation Coach and Leader in 2011 and has helped many women heal their lives.
She is now a successful Coach and Mentor to the many women that turn to her for help and guidance. Angela has discover her true purpose in life which is to help other women heal their own wounds and live the life they have always dreamed of by learning to love and value themselves.

Many of her clients, like Angela, have discovered that out of their deepest wounds have come their greatest gifts.

Angela empowers midlife women & men to move through their fears, reclaim their self worth and learn to dance with life again and to look forward to their later years with excitement and enthusiasm.

Angela puts her clients through a unique Transformational system which will take you to the depths of your soul, heal your core wounds and make friends with the unconscious parts of yourself that are holding you back. This is very deep work but the results and totally life changing. Once transformed, you can never go back!

Angela lives in rural Derbyshire UK with her partner of years; she has one son and 2 wonderful grandsons. She loves life and is so grateful every day to get to do the work she was born to do.

i offer a wide range of packages to suit every budget. I never want money to stand in the way of someones path to reach their dreams and goals. i offer a one month coaching package up to a yearly package and beyond. The cost is determined by how much of my personal time is required by my clients.
