About Me

Andrea L. Shadd is the host of HERStory Revealed Online Christian Radio Show, in Chicago, IL. Ms. Shadd has many years of experience in counseling and broadcasting, beginning her studies in  Psychology  with a concentration in Christian Counseling at Liberty University and went on to receive a certification in Christ-Based Counseling from the National Association of Certified Christ Based Counselors (NACCBC). She holds a diploma in broadcasting from the Illinois Center for Broadcasting and is presently attending Grace Bible College with a major in Ministry Leadership and a minor in Human Services. She is also an ordained minister. Ms. Shadd currently serves as a mentor to young women, where she supports them with passion, purpose and inspiring them to reach their goals and destinies. She is a woman who is passionate about serving others and those in need.  Ms. Shadd is a child of God that is a loving mother, daughter, sister and friend. Andrea enjoys reading, movies, cooking, traveling and just having fun.

How I like to coach

Coaching is about you – your goals, your learning, and your growth. Together we will listen to the Holy Spirit to hear His voice about you. This is a learning process– not teaching. You are the expert on your life. I will use coaching techniques such as active listening, open questions, encouragement, I may even challenge you sometimes but will, always remain supportive throughout the process. All of this is to assist you in discovering insights that will help you take the next steps. Coaching is about action – your action. Each session you will determine 1-3 action steps you will take before the next session. You may be surprised how quickly you progress toward your goals. Coaching is about all of you – not just your work or ministry. We all know that changing old habits and thought patterns are difficult. I recognize these patterns and will support you as you change and grow.

Fee description

Individual sessions start at $65 and are 45 minutes long. 

Group packages can be booked with no less than 5 people to a group. The cost is $197 for 6 weeks of group coaching.
