Hello, my name is Sofia and I am a certified life coach with several years of experience helping people from different backgrounds with their day to day struggles. I like to create a plan adapted to the needs and goals of each person that needs my help. My goal is to make your life easier, so let’s talk about what bothers you and how I can help you become the best version of yourself!

I've helped several people from different backgrounds with their struggles. It is very rewarding to me when I see the people I work with finding their true life purpose and keeping a positive attitude and mindset that help them thrive in life! From athletes who lacked motivation to executives with leadership issues, managers who needed guidance on how to manage conflict within their teams and even new parents who struggled to cope with the challenges of having a new child. I also helped people who felt like their lives were stuck and who needed me to guide and motivate them, so they could see all the potential they already had within themselves and how they could make the best of each challenging situation they were facing in life. I can also offer academic coaching, as I hold a Master’s degree and I know how being a student can be very demotivating and demanding. And finally, I also can help people who feel lonely and really need some emotional support in order to keep a positive mindset in this strange thing called life. I hope to meet you soon!
