About Me

Thank you for visiting Fully Alive Life Coaching. My name is Alex Dolin. I am a Board Certified Christian Life Coach through the International Christian Coaching Association (ICCA) a branch of the American Association of Christian Counselors (AACC). Do you ever feel tired or stressed out about going to work? You know you are doing what you are suppose to be doing (by helping people) which is awesome! Although, you yourself may need help. You are feeling tired, stressed or a little depressed. You give and give and give, as you serve your clients and others but the problem may be that you, yourself, are not being taken care of. All this time, you may not have thought about serving yourself because you are so focused on serving others. The truth is, you are hurting and you need to take time for yourself first before helping others.
