About Me

My coaching style is holistic and collaborative. I've worked with herbal medicine and personal development, as a student and coach, for more than 10 years. Because of my own battle with chronic illness, I have a lot of empathy for those who fight to achieve their goals and dreams while battling illness and disability.

How I like to coach

God has placed within all of us gifts, talents and the capacity to love. It is up to us to search out and utilize the gifts we're given.

I help you clarify your goals and overcome obstacles to achieving those goals - whether they're related to health, spiritual or artistic goals. I support you in moving through difficult transitions and breaking through spiritual and creative blocks using tools available in my toolbox, such as creative exercises and biblical principles, as well as herbal suggestions if you're seeking support for your health.

Coaching

Most sessions last about 45 minutes, but be prepared for the initial session to last about 1 hour. The initial health and wellness intake session may last 60 to 90 minutes, but later sessions will last about 30 to 45 minutes.

Fees: from $70.00 USD to $270.00 USD
~ No fee 30 to 45 Minute Discovery Call/ $70 - per session/ $270 - per 4 coaching sessions paid in advance/ $270 - initial wellness coaching or herbal consultation (intake + 3 follow up sessions)
